Foreigners in Qingdao experience traditional Chinese culture Part I.

In the golden autumn of Qingdao,Qingdao Cultural Center invited international friends to experience Chinese traditional culture. The city is open to diversity, tolerance and mutual learning.

To bring more international friends beautiful experience and feelings.

September 12, "International friends @Qingdao Cultural Tourism Exchange experience journey" officially opened. 14 international friends from Russia, the United States, Italy, Ukraine, Azerbaijan who are now in Qingdao began their trip to experience the fashion, openess and diversity of Qingdao.

Guzheng, Nianhua, calligraphy, Beijing Opera

Zhaotao, the professional Guzheng player, describes the way to play Chinese traditional insruments “This is Chinese Guzheng, when you play with it you should sit on the right side of it”. On the live, international friends are amazed by his performance and take out their phone to record it. Evgeni from Russia gives Mr. Zhao a thumb up, saying “ Mr. Zhao you are so good, I want to take a photo with you”. Then they learned how to play the simple note.

Mrs Kin from America shows her affection for Chinese traditional instruments. She mentioned that her grandma likes music very much and she has a great influence on her. She listened to some music played by JInghu, Yueqin, Zhongruan, Bangu and etc. While watching, she took videoes and share with her friends in America.

Rodin from Russia is interested in Mubannianhua One Hundred and Eight Soldiers.

Qingdao Cultural Center also prepared Painting Exhibition for them. They have chance to experience Chinese traditional culture such as calligraphy and Beijing Opera.
