Central South University, located in Hunan, birthplace of Mao Zedong(the first chairman of the P.R.C), is ranked in the top 20 of all Chinese universities under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education (MOE) in China.The most popular Software Engineering are available there and Ranked Top 3 in China.
