1. Age: 18-60 years old (18-45 for scholarship applicants). For applicants under 18 whose parents are not permanent residents of China, a formal parental authorization letter is required.

• Color scan of your passport (photo page)
• Recent ID photo (taken within 6 months; full-face, front-facing, vertical; JPG/JPEG format; file size ≤1MB)
• Color scan of your highest education certificate (with notarized Chinese/English translation if the original is not in Chinese/English)
• Financial Guarantee Letter
• Bank statement (past 6 months; balance must be no less than the required tuition fee)
• For applicants under 18 (non-Chinese permanent residents): Notarized parental power of attorney
• No Criminal Record Certificate
• Medical Examination Report
