Admission Essentials
• Eligibility Requirements
Undergraduate Applicants: Must be a high school graduate with an outstanding academic record, and aged 26 or younger
Postgraduate Applicants: Must hold a bachelor’s degree with an outstanding academic record, and aged 35 or younger.
• Application Materials
a. Passport: A copy of the passport’s information page (valid for more than 12 months).
b. Academic Certificate: A notarized copy of the highest academic certificate. Prospective graduates must provide a pre-graduation certificate or enrollment certificate from their current school.
c. Transcripts: Official high school transcripts (bearing the seal of the school’s academic affairs department). If transcripts are not in Chinese or English, a notarized English translation is required.
d. Language Proficiency Certificate: A valid language proficiency certificate obtained within the past two years (HSK, TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo).
e. Personal Statement: A document of 800 words or more (in Chinese or English) explaining academic background and motivations for major selection.
f. Recommendation Letters: Two letters from teachers currently teaching at the applicant’s high school, specifying their relationship with the applicant.
g. Foreigner Physical Examination Form: The examination result is valid for 6 months.
h. No-Criminal Record Certificate: Valid within 6 months before the application submission.
i. Financial Proof: Materials to confirm financial guarantee (e.g., parents’ or guardians’ income certificates, deposit certificates, or guarantee letters).
j. Other Materials: Supplementary documents such as award certificates and talent certificates.
