Scholarship Type:

Bachelor degree:

First Class Scholarship: Cover 100% tuition fee and accommodation start from first year. Your academic and overall performance will be assessed annually. In the following years, your scholarship will be offered based on the assessment result of your performance in the preceding year.

Second Class Scholarship (from 1^st to 4^th year): 50% deduction of tuition fee & accommodation fee from 1st year to 4th year

Arts: 12000 RMB deduction from the tuition fee and 3000RMB deduction from the accommodation fee each year

Science: 12400 RMB deduction from the tuition fee and 3000RMB deduction from theaccommodation fee from 1st year to 4th year

Third Class Scholarship (from 2^nd to 4^th year): 50% deduction of tuition fee & accommodation fee from 2nd year to 4th year

Arts: 12000 RMB deduction from the tuition fee and 3000RMB deduction from theaccommodation fee each year

Science: 12400 RMB deduction from the tuition fee and 3000RMB deduction from theaccommodation fee from 1st year to 4th year

No Limit

Eligible Candidates:

International students who apply for Bachelor degree English-taught program of Liaocheng University through SICAS.

Application deadline:

30th July 2018

Application Requirements:

1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport

2. Be in good health condition and above the age of 18

3. Observe the law and regulations of People's Republic of China and all regulations of the university

Application Procedure:

1. Apply for Bachelor degree English-taught program of Liaocheng University through SICAS.

2. Excellent applicants will be recommended to Liaocheng University as qualified scholarship candidates.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of the university.

2. Your scholarship application documents will be reviewed by SICAS helpful and efficient staff members, and then those outstanding applicants will be recommended to the university.

3. Whether or not you're able to achieve the scholarship will be determined by the relevant department of SICAS and the university on the basis of your academic merits as well as your recommendation letters.

4. You are not eligible for the application of any other scholarships in case you've already been a recipient of this scholarship.

5. SICAS reserves the final right of enforcing and explaining the detailed rules of implementation.

Application Materials:

1. Photocopy of valid passport

With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2. Passport-sized photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3. Graduation certificate of high school

Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4. Academic transcript of high school

5. Health certificate(optional)

Photocopy of physical examination record.

6. Certificate of English proficiency test

IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker.

7. Financial guarantee letter

Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency.

8. Certificate of No-Criminal Record
