Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online
●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )
Application Qualification

Undergraduate Programs
An applicant in good health and with an academic record equivalent to a Chinese high-school graduate can be accepted as an undergraduate student by the university.

Postgraduate Programs
A Bachelor’s degree holder, a graduating student of any medical university in China having passed postgraduate enrollment examinations or a top student under the recommendation of Guangxi Medical University, in good health can be accepted as a postgraduate student by the university, following three year training program.

Training Programs
An applicant with background of medical undergraduate education and above can be accepted as a general scholar. Training time is decided by both the scholar and the university. Courses are taught in Chinese.

Doctoral Programs
A Master's degree holder having passed enrollment examinations given by the university can be accepted a Doctoral student, following three years training program.

Chinese Language Program
The applicant who enrolls on undergraduate program taught in Chinese and has not yet pass the HSK (the Chinese Language Proficiency Test) has to learn Chinese for a year. Other foreigners are also welcomed to learn Chinese in the university.

Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

1) Photocopy of passport
2) Passport-sized photo
3) Photocopy of Personal Health Certificate
4) Highest diploma and transcripts (photocopy). Diplomas and transcripts should be indicated in Chinese or English. Those filled out in other languages must be attached with translation of Chinese or English.
5) Those who want to apply for Undergraduate program and Master's program should provide HSK (the Chinese Language Proficiency Test) Certificate of Elementary Level C (Level 3). If an applicant has not passed HSK Level C, he/she can study Chinese at the Chinese Language Training Center in our university for a year. After passing HSK Level C Test, he/she can turn to professional study.Those who want to apply for Doctoral program should provide certificate of HSK level 6 or above.
6) Recommendation letters of two professors are needed for those who want to apply for Master's program and Doctoral program.

Deadline for Enrollment
1) The deadline for enrollment of applicants of Master's and Doctoral degree is before the end of May every year.
2) The deadline for enrollment of applicants of Bachelor's degree is before July 15 every year.
3) The deadline for enrollment of applicants of Chinese language is before September 30, every year.
4) An applicant of short-term training courses may also send his/her application and materials at any time.
