Entrance Qualification
No-Degree Program
People who are above the age of 18 and below the age of 70 are interested in Chinese language will be eligible if he/she is in good health. Of course, the laws and decrees of the People’s Republic of China as well as the rules and regulations of BUPT will be enforced.

Entrance Requirements
· The communicating language of Senior advanced student and Research Scholar is Chinese or English.
· The teaching language for undergraduates is Chinese. The applicant must gain the certificate of HSK Level C.
· The teaching language for master students is Chinese. The communication ability of applicant must exceed HSK Level C. Each applicant must provide at least two letters of recommendations from experts whose professional title is above associate professor.
Additional explanation
Applicants, who do not meet the above requirements, may be considered on an individual basis. They may be admitted as non-degree seeking students for one academic year. Those who pass the examinations held one year later will be automatically accepted as regular students. Those who fail will return to their home country as scholar study students after completing some courses in a program.
