Human Kinesiology and Science

1.Self-support students should pass the graduate entrance examinations.
2.Scholarship students will be enrolled according to the relevant regulations after being approved by Office of foreign students and the specific school or department they apply to.
3.Those who wantto major in this program must have a bachelor's degree of Human Kinesiology and Science, Medicine or other relevant majors. The Graduate School has the ultimate right of decision.

1.  Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.   Transcript of undergraduate school

5.  HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
Level 3 or above

6.  Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.

7.   Two recommendation letters(optional)
From professor,associate professor or equivalents.

8.  Financial guarantee letter
Photocopy of the signatured financial guarantee letter from his/her financial guarantor to prove their solvency.

9.  Photocopy of Guarantee Letter(shandong)
A Guarantee Letter (click to have a look at the sample) from your school, the education agency or consulting company to prove you are in good conduct is compulsory. Click here to download the template and seal it, and then upload the photocopy through SICAS.
