Program Description

Core courses
Film Language, Broadcasting and Anchoring, Journalism News Collection and Writing, Telephotography, TV Film Editing, TV Editing, and Computer Design.

Objective
This objective is to train students to raise high political consciousness, nurish theory accomplishments, reach the high quality of news and obtain artistic ability. After graduation, students will be able to work as radio or television editors, correspondents, cameramen, TV hosts, and professional TV and Radio producers and planners in broadcast & TV units, media and publicity & culture departments.

Schooling Length
In standards it lasts four years. The minimum of schooling length must be three years and its extension lasts no more than seven years.

Credits
The minimum of 190 credits must be obtained for graduation.

Diploma
Bachelor of Arts is granted

Entry Requirements

1.High school graduates
2.No criminal record
3.HSK level 3 or above

With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Graduation certificate of high school
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.   Academic transcript of high school

5.  HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)

6.  Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.

7.Certification of no criminal record

8.Copy of insurance policy

9.Photocopies of personal artwork
Those who apply for artistic major should supply materials to prove your art level.
