Program Description

Core courses
Music Basic Theory, Vocal and Aural Skills, Vocal Music, Piano, Harmony, Music Composition, Chorus and Conducting, Chinese Music History, Foreign Music History, Keyboard Harmony, Piano Accompaniment, Music Appreciation, Form and Analysis, Polyphony, Outline of National Folk Music, Instrumental Music, Instrumental Accessories, Computer Music, Music Aesthetics etc.

Objective
This objective is to train students to be the high-qualified personnel of music education when they graduate, who grasp the basic theory, knowledge and technical ability of music education; at the same time they have initiative spirit, practice ability and certain capacity of music teaching and research.

chooling Length
In standards it lasts four years. The minimum of schooling length must be three years and its extension lasts no more than seven years.

Credits
The minimum of 170 credits must be obtained for graduation.

Diploma
Bachelor of Arts is granted.

3.HSK level 3 or above

1.  Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Graduation certificate of high school
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.   Academic transcript of high school

5.  HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)

6.  Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.

7.Certification of no criminal record

8.Copy of insurance policy

9.Photocopies of personal artwork
Those who apply for artistic major should supply materials to prove your art level.
