Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online
●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )
Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Non-degree Program

1. Photocopy of passport;
2. One passport-sized photo;
3. A photocopy of the official high school graduation certificate (in English or Chinese version);
4. English language proficiency certificates;
5. others may be requested separately by departments.

Bachelor's Degree Programs

1. Photocopy of passport;
2. One passport-sized photo;
3. A photocopy of the official high school graduation certificate (in English or Chinese version);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in English or Chinese version);
5. Chinese language proficiency certificates;
6. Study plan (at least 1 A4 page)

Master's Degree Programs

1. Photocopy of passport;
2. One passport-sized photo;
3. A photocopy of Bachelor's degree diploma (in English or Chinese version);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in English or Chinese version);
5. Chinese language proficiency certificates (for applying Chinese-medium programs)/English language proficiency certificates (for applying English-medium programs);
6. Study plan (at least 1 A4 page);
7. Two recommendation letters from professors in relevant fields.

Doctoral Degree Program

1. Photocopy of passport;
2. One passport-sized photo;
3. A Photocopy of Master's degree diploma (in English or Chinese version);
4. Academic record: a photocopy of the transcript (in English or Chinese version);

Non-degree Program

Aged 18 to 60, with foreign passport.

Bachelor's Degree Programs in Chinese

1. Non-native speakers of Chinese or overseas
2. 18 - 40 years old
3. Be in good health
4. High school graduate
5. HSK level 3 or above

Master's Degree Programs

1. Undergraduate graduation, hold a Bachelor's Degree
2. HSK 4
3. Aged 18 - 40

Doctoral Degree Programs

1. Postgraduate graduation, hold a Master's Degree
2. HSK 6
3. Aged 18 - 40
