For Non-degree Students

Except summer program students, no accommodation for other non-degree program students. Please rent an apartment by yourself.

For Degree Students

Accommodation & Food (Minhang Campus)

If you need dormitory on campus, room reservation should be made when application. If dormitories are full, we don’t accept any room reservation.The accommodation fees of the above university dormitories are paid by semester and will not be refunded if you leave during the semester.

The kitchens facilities are for the residents of the dormitories only. Non-dormitory residents and any off-campus chefs unauthorized by the University are not allowed to cook in the dormitories. Minhang campus map

No.8 Building

• Standard Shared Double Room: RMB 5400/semester/person

Each room is equipped with bath, color TV, direct-dial telephone, air- conditioner and Internet connection. Additional facilities include kitchen, and refrigerator for public use. 

No.10 Building

• Single Room: RMB 8600/semester/person

Each room is equipped the bath, color TV, direct-dial telephone, air-conditioner and internet connection. Additional facilities include kitchen, fridge and washing-machine for public use. 

No.51 Building

• Each dormitory has 4 rooms plus a hall.The fee for each semester is RMB 4800,and charge for water and power is RMB 600.

Each room is equipped with direct-dial telephone,refrigerator,air-conditioner and internet connection(additional charge). Bathroom is for public use.

International students can dine at various canteens on campus.

• Self service:about US$3 per day
• Dining-room:about US$4 per day
• Board(for short-term students):about US$15 per day

Our dormitories are only for students those who will study in our university for degrees.If you need dormitory on campus, room reservation should be made when application. If dormitories are full, we don’t accept any room reservation.The accommodation fees of the above university dormitories are paid by semester and will not be refunded if you leave during the semester.

No.9 Dormitory Building

• Single Room: RMB 75/day (approx. US$12), (short-term study: RMB 130/day,(approx.US$20)). All students pay the electricity and water used.

Each room is equipped with color TV, direct-dial telephone, air-conditioner, refrigerator, microwave oven, internet connection and bath room for public use.

Lian Xing Building

• Single Room: RMB 70/day (approx. US$11), (short-term study: RMB 120/day, (approx. US$18)) . All students pay the electricity and water used.

Each room is equipped with the bath, color TV, direct-dial telephone, air-conditioner and internet connection. Additional facilities include kitchen, fridge and washing-machine for public use.
