Harbin Normal University (HRBNU)

Founded in 1964, Harbin Normal University is ranked "Excellent" in the "Evaluation of University Baccalaureate Programs Project" issued by the Ministry of Education. HRBNU is only center of teacher-training on teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Heilongjiang province,and it offers an overall educational pattern to international students including short-term & long-term Chinese language training program, B.A. Chinese Language & Literature program, and other majors program of bachelor, master and doctoral degree.
