Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Application Qualification

Undergraduate Programs

Below the age of 40, with a senior high school diploma and excellent academic record, and having passed the entrance examination.

Master's Degree Programs

Below the age of 45, with a Bachelor's degree, and having passed the entrance examination of Chinese for Master candidates.

Short-term Programs

At the age of 18 to 60, good health.

Application Materials

Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.

Undergraduate Programs

1) Three passport-sized photos

2) Photocopy of passport

3) Personal résumé

4) High school diploma

5) Official transcripts for the last three years of senior high school

6) HSK certificate（No Needed for Program in English）

7) A letter of recommendation from the applicant's graduating high school

Master's Degree Programs

1) Photocopy of passport,

2) Passport-sized photo

3) Personal résumé,

4) Graduation certificate and Bachelor's degree diploma,

5) Official undergraduate academic transcripts,

6) HSK certificate（No Needed for Program in English）

7) Two letters of recommendation from the applicant's professors (associate or higher rank), or from persons of similar standing.

Requirement of Chinese

In order to ensure the quality of teaching and learning, General students are required to take the Chinese language proficiency exam after admission. Only those students whose results of the test are up to the standard are allowed to take courses in the various departments, while those who fail to meet the standard will be grouped into classes of different levels according to the results of the Chinese exam. For those who have already received an intermediate B certificate or above on the H.S.K. (Hanyu shuiping kaoshi) test, the exam will be exempted.
