Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )
Application Materials
Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Chinese Language Program

1. A photocopy of passport;

2. Passport-size photo;

3. A photocopy of completed Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (physical exam could be taken in Shenyang).


Vocation Program

1. A photocopy of passport;

2. Passport-size photo.

 

Undergraduate Program

1. A photocopy of passport; 

2. Passport-size photo; 

3. A photocopy of the official certificate of high school diploma; 

4. A photocopy of the transcript; 

5. HSK certificate (level 6 or above) and score list; 

6. A photocopy of completed Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (physical exam could be taken in Shenyang).

 

Master's Degree Program

1. A photocopy of passport; 

2. Passport-size photo; 

3. Bachelor's degree diploma or graduation certificate; 

4. Udergraduate academic record; 

5. HSK certificate (level 6 or above) and score list;

6. A photocopy of completed Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (physical exam could be taken in Shenyang);

7. Recommendation letters from two associate professors or above. 

 

Ph. D Program

1. A photocopy of passport; 

2. Passport-size photo; 

3. Master's degree diploma or graduation certificate; 

4. Postgraduate academic record; 

5. HSK certificate (level 6 or above) and score list; 

6.A photocopy of completed Physical Examination Record For Foreigner (physical exam could be taken in Shenyang); 

7. Recommendation letters from two associate professors or above.  

 

 

Entry Requirements

Chinese Language Program and Vocation Program

Applicants should be between 18 and 65, and in healthy physical condition.

 

Undergraduate Program

Applicants should possess academic credentials equivalent to those of Chinese senior high school standards and HSK certificate of level 6 or above. Applicants should be below 30 and will take academic courses for undergraduates after passing the entrance examination. The program lasts for 4 years.


Master's Degree Program

Applicants should possess academic credentials equivalent to a bachelor's degree in China and HSK certificate of level 6 or above. Applicants should be below 40 and provide proof of academic credentials paper and at least two recommendation letters issued by associate professors or professors. After the entrance examination, the program lasts for 3 years.

 

Ph. D Program

Applicants should possess academic credentials that equate with a master's degree in China and HSK certificate of level 6 or above. The applicants should be below 45 and provide proof of academic credentials paper and at least two recommendation letters issued by associate professors or above. After the entrance examination, the program lasts for 3 years.
