Introduction:
This major aims at developing modern business management specialists who master the basic operation and management theories of economic, administrative, legal and other industrial and commercial enterprises and the professional knowledge of marketing, human resource management, strategic management and financial management, have the necessary knowledge of real estate development business and construction technology and the basic abilities of construction marketing and planning, information technology and e-commerce and the whole process of project management, and are qualified for technical and economic evaluation, marketing and project operation management, human resource management and business operation in all kinds of industrial and commercial enterprises (especially construction, real estate and other related industries) or the administrative department.
Compulsory courses:
Economics, management science, human resource management, economic law, statistics, organizational behavior, operation management, financial management, management information system, marketing, enterprise strategic management, construction enterprise management, project management, ERP principle and application. After graduation, students may be engaged in management, teaching and research related to enterprise operation and management, marketing and enterprise operation and management in the Chinese and foreign construction and real estate development enterprises, industrial and commercial enterprises, government agencies, universities and colleges and scientific research institutions. In addition, they can also go to business colleges to further study Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc), master's degree in real estate development and community management, and master's degree in engineering business and law in the field of architecture and civil engineering. During the graduate study, they may apply for the joint Education Program of (l + l + 0.5) with the University of Ulster.
