Day 1
8:30-11:30 lecture of tai chi & health maintenance; 12 steps tai chi form study (PartⅠ)
12:30-13:00 lunch at resort
13:30 drive to visit Tian’anmen Square, Palace Museum and Jingshan Imperial Park
17:00 return to the resort
18:00 dinner & review of the class
Day 2
8:30 – 11:30 lecture of Self massage; 12 steps tai chi form study (PartⅡ)
12:30 – 13:00 lunch at resort
13:30 drive to visit the Great Wall ( Mu Tian Yun section), practice tai chi on the wall.
17:00 return to the resort
18:00 dinner & review of the class
Day 3
8:30-11:30 lecture of health food; 12 steps tai chi form study (PartⅢ)
12:30 – 13:00 lunch at resort
13:30 drive to visit the Summer Palace and old town by rickshaw
17:30 return to the resort
18:30 dinner and review of the class
Day 4
8:00 depart for the city, visit the Temple of Heaven, and join the locals to practice tai chi.
12:00 lunch at the local vegetarian restaurant
13:00-14:30 visit the largest Taoist monastery Ba Yun Guan, chat with chief priest, and learn Taoist healthy life.
15:00-17:00 visit China medicine& Herb University have conversation with the students on traditional Chinese healthcare.
