88 steps traditional internal style Tai Chi Quan
This form was originally taught within the Yang Family and seldom known to the public. It was so secret that very few practicitoners know more about it. The whole form is divided into six sections and so it is also known as Lao Liu Lu ( old six form). It mainly focus the prctice of one's waist and therefore improve the internal energy level within a short time of exercise. Paticularlly, it has a series of specific methods to practice the waist, the Qi and the mind. It has become more scientific rather than starting from mind work. It not only a valuable form to help one maintain the health and fight illness, but also good way to obtain internal Qi through meditation.
