24 steps Tai Chi
The 24 steps Yang Style Tai Chi short form - often referred as Beijing 24 Step tai Chi, based on the traditional Yang style tai chi. It is also one of the most popular Tai Chi routine practiced by hundreds of millions of people throughout the world. The short form enables beginners, old and young, to concentrate on, and appreciate, the essential principles of Tai Chi of effortless movement, relaxation and awareness of the mind and body as one.

9:00 Met by master at the south gate of Temple of Heaven
9:30-11:00 tai chi class
- Tai Chi culture study
- Tai chi foundation training (basic steps, hand forms etc.)
- Tai chi form study ( 3 new moves each day)
- Form application introduction
- Accompanied back to the east gate.
Tuition: 3200RMB (Note: group price is negotiable)
+300RMB expenses on accommodation and meals each day
