Teaching Objectives
This Program takes civil law as well as commercial law as its subject matters, which falls into four disciplines: commercial law, international business law, intellectual property law and civil law. Students admitted to the Program may choose one of the four disciplines as his/her research area. The overall aim of this program is to broaden students' horizons intellectually, to enhance their awareness of existing and emerging issues in civil and commercial law in China, and to prepare them with applied knowledge, skills and capabilities as prospective law professionals.
Comparative Law
1. Applicants must be aged from 18 to 40 years old and in good physical condition;
2. Applicants should have undergraduate degree diploma;
3. HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
Level 5 or above
4. Applicants should have good knowledge of English and Mathematics.
1. Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.
2. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.
3. Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4. Transcript of undergraduate school
5. Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.
6. Two recommendation letters
From professor,associate professor or equivalents.
7. Certificate of English proficiency test
IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker.
8. Financial support statement
Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature
9. Resume
Written in Chinese or in English
