After the undergraduates have finished all the courses required by the college, and the thesis meet the requirements, the graduation certificates and the diploma will be offered. And Chinese proficiency must reach HSK level 6. If the requirements are not met, HEBU will offer he certificate of completion of courses.

Applicants should hold high school diploma or a form showing high school equivalency.

Applicants should apply for the major which is related to your previous:
If applicants have completed the same major for the first year in other university or overseas, and their Chinese level has reached HSK level 4,they could take the second year course;
If applicants have completed the same major for the second year in other university or overseas, and their Chinese level has reached HSK level 5, they could take the third year course;

Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

Letter of guarantee
The guardian should write out his/her name, nationality, occupation and address (if an organization acts as the guardian, reference to the organization should be made clear).
