In this college there are 38 faculty members among whom 2 are professors, 12 are associate professors, 13 are lecturers. One of them has doctor degree and 10 have master degrees. There are courses on public relationship, Chinese, pedagogy, Marxism philosophy, Marxism plutonomy, Mao Zedong ideology, Deng Xiaoping theory and public affairs management, each one of which has its own staff room.
Scientific Research Contents
1. Research on Public Affairs Management theory and practice : It's mainly about researches on general theories of public management affairs.
2. Research on rural economical and social development : Based on extensive and thorough survey, it studies means of balanced development of rural economics and society in order to offer reference to the rural economical development.
3. Research on applied writing : It studies the general rules, existing disadvantages and future development trends of applied writing, in the purpose of offering necessary instruction towards personnel engaged with applied writing.
4. Research on Mao Zedong ideology and Deng Xiaoping theory : It studies Mao ideology and Deng theory in terms of economy, politics, culture, science and technology, education and diplomacy with the aim of correctly masterign the two theories.
Scientific Research Achievements
It has presided and finished 10 of provincial social science programming projects and provincial education committee scientific research projects. And it has published over 20 monographs and text books, among which are Studies on Rural Problems, A New Research on Rural Problems, Education of Party Members, Applied Writing, Economy Writing, Deng Xiaoping Theory on Chinese Specialized Socialism Construction and Plutonomy. Over 100 thesis of the teachers got published in magazines.
