For those looking for a bit more nightlife action then just a drink, Bourbon Street is the answer. Like its Shanghai counterpart, Bourbon Street in Laowaitan, is a nightclub with a live western band. It recently began promoting a new latin flavour. Prices are standard for Chinese clubs. Dancing fools out there will have every opportunity to dance the night away at Bourbon Street.
Le Cargo

Le Cargo is a French owned bar in Laowaitan. Although a bit small, it is one of Ningbo's most popular bars. The setting is pleasant and relaxed and English speaking staff are happy to assist you. Australian Fosters beer is on tap plus other domestic and imported packaged beer is also served. Real French wine is available along with a range of cocktails.
Shamroock Irish Pub
Address: No. 72 Zhongma Rd, Laowaitan
The Shamrock is located in Laowaitan. This "Irish" style pub serves Guiness and Kilkenny on tap as well as Tiger beer. Prices are a little steep by Chinese standards, but regular patrons can obtain a discount membership card, which makes prices a bit more reasonable. The entire staff speaks English.
Latitude 31 Degrees Bar

Latitude 31 Degrees is a pleasant bar on Zhongshan Road near the Drum Tower (Gu Lou). The bar generally attracts Chinese patrons. Local beer is available for 30RMB a jug. Staff speak limited English, but English speaking patrons are usually happy to assist other foreigners with any language barrier problems.
The Shade Bar

The Shades Bar is located in the upstairs section of the Gongyuan Road pedestrian mall at the Zhongshan Park end. It is a small Chinese bar, but offers a friendly atmosphere. The manager speaks limited English, but local beers are still only 20RMB a jug. If you are looking for some local Chinese atmosphere and an inexpensive place for a drink, Shades Bar is worth a visit.
Harley Davidson Bar

The Harley Davidson bar is a small bar located on Mayuan Road just off Zhongshan Rd in Haishu District. The bar also attracts a largely Chinese crowd. The bar's owner and some of the staff speak English . Harley's is an ideal spot for a free game of pool while enjoying a relaxing drink served by the friendly bar staff.
