Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online
●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Application Materials

Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Non-degree Program

1. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

Bachelor's Degree Programs

1. Certificate of HSK level 4
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
2. Health certificate
3. Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)
Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
4. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
5. High school academic transcript
6. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
7. Study plan
Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief.

Master's Degree Programs

1. Certificate of HSK level 6
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. Undergraduate school transcript
5. Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
6. Study plan
Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief.
7. Health certificate
Photocopy of notarized foreigner physical examination record (for durations of study over 6 months)

Entry requirement

Non-degree Program

Applicants aged from 18 to 55 years, who are healthy, with an interest in studying the above, are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's Degree Programs

1. Academic background equivalent to Chinese high school;
2. HSK level 4 or above;
3. Be healthy;
4. Under the age of 35;
5. Receive a satisfactory score in the entrance examination held by YNUFE.

Master's Degree Programs

1. Bachelor degree or an equivalent level of education;
2. HSK level 6 or above;
3. Be healthy;
4. Under the age of 45;
5. The applicant should pass the test of YNUFE.
6. Those who have graduated from a Chinese University with a good record will be admitted upon recommendation.
