Note:

• Students shall pay the 200 RMB as application fee together with their admission application or they shall pay the fee when they register.
• Students must pay their tuition fee when they register. For unpredictable reason, to postpone payment the student must apply in advance to get the approval.
• In any case, full tuition fee must be paid within a month after the commencement of the semester, and a 3% late pay penalty will be applied beside the full tuition fee.
• No tuition fee will be returned to students who drop off or are dismissed from the school a month after the commencement of the semester, and generally, there will be no deduction of tuition fee for a late enrolment.

Regulations on Charges and Fees for Scholarship Students

(1) Students with scholarship from the Chinese government shall pay fees according to the regulations issued by China Scholarship Council.
(2) Students with full scholarship from the Chinese government can take a free double-room, shared by two students in principle. If a student prefers to live alone, he/she may apply for a single room and have to pay a rent. The rates is: 3,000RMB per year per person.
(3) Students with Chinese government scholarship shall pay the following fees by themselves: the co-pay for medical service, and water and electricity bills that exceed the specified limits, and the expenses of telephone and television.
(4) Partial-scholarship holders are responsible for those items not covered by the scholarship, according to the notice from Ministry of Education of China. If housing is not covered by the scholarship, the student shall pay the rent at a rate the same as a self-supporting student.
(5) Scholarship holders shall draw their monthly living allowance from the Finance Office on the set days. 50 percent of the allowance of the final month will be given to the student at the time he/she surrenders the room where he/she has been living. Other benefits determined by the Ministry of Education of China shall be delivering to students accordingly.
(6) Living allowances for scholarship students shall be deducted on a day-by-day basis should they be absent from class and be away beyond the specified vacation period. Those who must make up their missed lessons due to the above-mentioned reasons must pay their tutors with their own fund.
