The long-term Chinese language course is designed for international students who are interested in Chinese language and culture. There are seven levels. Students will be clarified into the suitable level (class) after taking the placement test. Our experienced teachers will also provide their suggestion after interview.The seven levels are as follows:Elementary 1, Elementary 2, Elementary 3; Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2; Advanced 1, Advanced 2Curricular outline You could download the Schedule for 2012 Spring Semester 1. Language skill courses Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing ,and Multi-media courses2. Specialized courses Study of contemporary China, Chinese culture, Chinese history, Chinese literature, Chinese economy, Tourism culture, Business Chinese, etc.* Teaching duration Each academic year is divided into two semesters. There are 18 weeks or 20 weeks of actual teaching period each semester and 20 class hours each week. One semester has approximately 400 class hours in total.* Students will take part in the placement test after registration to learn their own Chinese proficiency.
