Program Description:
1. Mastering at least 5000 frequently-used Chinese vocabulary
2. Capable to organize Chinese into a discourse properly and correctly express their opinions and emotions
3. Able to understand Chinese Culture and philosophy better with cross-culture communication competence and open view

1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport
4. Observe the law and regulations of People's Republic of China and all regulations of the university
