Program Description

The major equips students with the basic theory and method of modern property management. Students gain knowledge about property management and related regulations and laws. The major courses include: Architectural Drawing, Building Architecture, Building Regulations and Property Management Practice, etc.

Entry Requirements

Applicant is under the age of 25, and is in good health, high-school graduate with good marks. The HSK score should reach level 3 or above

    With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2. Passport-sized photo
    A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.   HSK Certificate (No need for English-taught program)
      Level 3or above

4.   Academic transcript of high school

5.   Graduation certificate of high school
Gradution certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not,it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
