Program Description
Genetics -- the study of the Genetics and Genetics of biology, the study of the structure, function, variation, transmission, and expression of genes. The concept of paternity in genetics is not limited to parents, children, or a family, but can also be extended to groups that include many families, which are the subjects of population genetics. The concept of paternity in genetics can also be expressed in cells. Cells cultured in vitro can maintain some genetic characteristics of individuals, such as the presence or absence of certain enzymes. The genetic study of cultured cells in vitro belongs to somatic cytogenetics. The concept of parent-child genetics can also be extended to DNA replication and even mRNA transcription, which is the subject of molecular genetics.

1）Molecular genetics of monogenic diseases (by research gene mapping, gene cloning and gene function of monogenic diseases pedigrees to understand the molecular mechanisms of disease occurrence)
2）Molecular genetics mechanisms of tumor genesis (cellular DNA damage response, mutagenesis and carcinogenesis and biological characteristics of cancer stem cells)
3）Molecular genetics of complex diseases (study the molecular mechanisms of complex diseases from the candidate gene cloning, identification, expression regulation and genetic epidemiology)
