Qigong constitutes an integral part of Chinese traditional culture and one of the essential cultural legacies of the world civilization. This program taught by the members of Jiangsu Qigong Research Association is composed of two parts (theoretical and practical) .Through lectures the trainees will deeply understand the scientific principles of Qigong.
