Construction
and management of civil engineering is an interdiscipline which covers civil
engineering, engineering economy, management science and engineering. This
discipline mainly studies management of construction project, risk prediction
and management of engineering projects, economics and management of real estate
and so on. The goal of this program is to train talents who can grasp the basic
theories and knowledge of construction and management of civil engineering, understand
the development trends of this discipline, skillfully use project softwares to
conduct technical works, have the ability to do scientific research and carry
out practical works independently.
This
program is offered by School of Economics and Management. The length of study
is 3 years which includes 1-1.5 years of course studying.
