SICAS is the official online application portal for more than 200 universities in China. We serve as an online
liaison between International students and China's top universities. We help International students reach their
favorite universities' academic programs through a simple and efficient online application system. We make

SICAS offers fully digitized service for Chinese universities and colleges for better student recruitment and
International students’ applications management.
• Financial support
SICAS is endowed with allowances from China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, a famous non-profit
Educational Foundation for memorizing Soong Ching-ling (known as Madame Sun Yat-sen) as well as from
several Chinese Chambers of Commerce, such as Chambers of Commerce in Jiangxi, Fujian and Shandong
provinces.
• Paperless office
SICAS adopts a paperless office scheme which saves a lot of manpower and financial resources; our database
of academic programs and schools is completely online. The whole process, including the submission of the
application, the scanning of the application materials from the school admission officers as well as the announcement
of the admission results, is digitized, thus saving a large amount of natural resources.
