The following are the explanation of five general statuses that will be updated by the admission office of the universities
when they make a decision on your application, including processing, accepted, pending, refused and posting:
Processing: We are processing your application, and will notify you regarding the final decision in 1-3 weeks.
Accepted: We accept your application. We will upload your admission letter in 1-3 weeks.
Pending: We have checked your application documents, but the application materials that you uploaded is incomplete,
unopenable, or incorrect somewhere, please you check them.
Refused: Sorry, we can’t accept your application due to some reasons. Click School Search or Course Search to apply for
another university.
Posting: We have posted your original Admission letter and JW202 form. After you complete your application form, upload all
the required Application materials and make payment as well, the track your admission status can be open for you. You can
log in your SICAS account and click ‘track my admission status’ to check your admission status.
