All Pakistani medical and dental students intending to study abroad shall approach the National Examination Board Section
of the Council for issuance of a No Objection Certificate before proceeding abroad.
Only a holder of NOC from PM&DC shall be considered for registration of the qualification with PM&DC or allowed to appear in
the NEB Examination on return after graduation.
After graduation, the candidate should apply for the Eligibility Certificate for the issuance of eligibility to appear in the National
Examination Board examination.
