a.Dates and times: August 31st and September 1st, from 8:30-11:30 am and 1:30-4:30 pm
b Location: White Building, West Campus.
c. Requested Materials:
Admission Paper, JW201/202 Form, 8 pieces of 2-inch photos (white background). If you have done physical examination before, please take all the Physical Examination Records and the relevant materials (original only) with you.
