Welcome Week

Welcome Week is a chance for students to settle in their new surroundings and an excellent opportunity to meet new friends from across the world , as well as members of staff at the University.

Welcome Week combines practical events and social activities which include induction, campus and city tours, evening events and social activities etc...

Tri-Campus Games

Unique within higher education, the Tri-Campus Games is an annual event which involves students from each of the three Nottingham Campuses - UK, China and Malaysia. Students compete against each other across a range of sports including football, basketball, badminton, and tennis.

The event is hosted on annual rotation between the three campuses and involves nearly 200 students from over 20 different nations competing in three international campus based teams.

The Games offer a genuine opportunity for sporting and educational exchange in the friendly spirit of competition. A cultural programme of visits and events also runs alongside the Games.

Annual talent show

Each year UNNC students show off a range of talents and performances in search of becoming crowned the campus winner.

UNNC annual singing contest

Now an annual event, the UNNC Singing Contest is a popular event with students across campus. Students from all over the world take the stage in front of a packed university audience to compete for the number one prize.

Christmas show

Each December students are invited to take part in the annual UNNC Christmas Show. A number of societies, clubs and student groups take part and put on an array of performances to celebrate the Christmas festivities.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is celebrated amongst the UNNC community. A large dinner and evening entertainment is arranged on campus for everybody to enjoy.

Spring ball

A formal occasion and opportunity to put on your best outfit, and enjoy an evening with friends.
