Tuition Fee: 15,000 RMB per year
Application Fee: 400 RMB
Accommodation Fee: 10,000 RMB per year for single room; 5,000 RMB per year for double room
Registration Fee: 500 RMB
Physical Examination Fee: 350 RMB
Residence Permit: 800 RMB per year
Medical Insurance: 600 RMB per year
Deposit: 500 RMB
Living Cost: 600~1,000 RMB per month (just a reference)
In Total: 30,350~40,150 RMB per year
Internship
The internship starts from the last year. Students can choose to do the internship in China or their own countries. If students do the internship in the affiliated hospital of school, students can still live in their dormitory.
Before the internship, students who choose to do internship in China need to pass HSK 4.Students don't have to pay for the tuition fee during internship, but 5,000 RMB will be charged as the internship fee.
Degree Awarded
MBBS Degree: On completing the requirements of the teaching program and passing the graduation examinations successfully, international medical undergraduates will be granted a graduation certificate and conferred a medical degree by the HEUT, if they meet the degree regulations of the university. The English copy of the degree will state MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery).
Career
After obtaining MBBS Degree, the graduates can apply to take the medical licensing examination in the medical council in order to get registered and practice medicine. According to the regulations in different countries, the students may need to do the degree accreditation first. A MBBS degree holder can find jobs in government as well as private hospitals, nursing homes and other health facilities. Except this, one can also start his own clinic or pursue study for master’s degree.
