Application Requirements: |
Please prepare the following documents before you apply any programs at Harbin Engineering University online. 1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health. 2. Applicants must abide by the Chinese government’s laws, rules and regulations and school regulatory framework. 3. Education background and age limit: a) Applicants for Bachelor’s degree study must have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification and be under the age of 25. b) Applicants for master degree must obtain bachelor degree or equivalent qualification and be under the age of 35. c) Applicants for doctoral degree must obtain master degree or equivalent qualification and be under the age of 40. 4. Applicants must adhere to the university’s rules and regulations and demonstrate high academic achievement. 5. The average score for applying for the scholarship: First Prize Scholarship: above 85 (including 85); Second Prize Scholarship: above 80 (including 80); Third Prize Scholarship: above 75 (including 75). |

Academic transcript, in notarized Chinese or English translation. 3. Applicants’ study or research plan, either in Chinese or in English. 4. Two letters of recommendation written by persons of at least associate professors from the applicant’s alumni university in English or in Chinese for students applying for master or doctoral degree. 5. Photocopy of the applicant’s passport. 6. Physical examination record. |
