GuizhouMinzuUniversityhas a well-structured and well-developed staff. There are 1,370 teachers and workers on the payroll, of whom 932 people are professional teachers. Of the faculty 558 teachers are awarded with the professional rank above associate professor (134 professors and 424 associate professors); of the faculty 185 teachers have received PhD degree and 521 teachers have received master degree.
