Important Points You Should Know Before Applying Online
●Be sure to fully prepare the photocopies or the scanned copies of your application materials.

1.PayEase: It is a convenient, safe and easy online payment platform, supporting Master Card and VISA cards.
2.PayPal: PayPal is a secure, simple, and convenient way of paying. For those who have not used PayPal before, you can create an account on their website
3.Bank Transfer (T/T) in China: Applicants who are currently in China can do a direct bank transfer to pay the application fee in CNY
4.Bank Transfer (T/T) Overseas: Applicants who are not in China can pay the application fee in US Dollars by a bank transfer
5.Western Union: For applicants who cannot use T/T or PayPal payments, SICAS recommends you to use Western Union (especially African applicants)
Reminder:Please keep in mind that it is not until the payment has been confirmed will the applied university start for processing. In other words, universities will only start to process the applications which have been paied )

Application Materials

Application form is prerequisite, and every university has its own version. SICAS will guide you step by step to fill the exact one when you click”Apply now” on the page of your favorite course.
Be sure to prepare fully the following documents before starting online application. You will be asked to upload attachments in the application progress.

Non-degree Program

1. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
3. Certification of no criminal record

Bachelor's Degree Programs

1. Certificate of HSK
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. High school academic transcript
5. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
6. Certification of no criminal record
7. Two teachers' recommendation letters

Master's Degree Programs

1. Certificate of HSK
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. Undergraduate school transcript
5. Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

Doctoral Degree Programs

1. Certificate of HSK
Certificate of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test)
2. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
3. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
4. Postgraduate school transcript
5. Master's degree diploma
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.

7. Letter of recommendation
From professor or associate professor or equivalents

 Entry requirements

Applicants are required to have the following qualifications for the specified courses or programs:

I. Chinese Language Programs:

Applicants should be in good health with the age between 18—60. No limit on Chinese language ability.

II. UndergraduatePrograms:

Applicants should graduate from a high school, be in good health. Those who apply for Science and /or Engineering studies and have passed the level-3 HSK or above, and who apply for Liberal Arts studies and have passed the level-5 HSK or above can directly start their study in the relevant schools. Those who have failed to pass the HSK can first apply for study in the Chinese Language Programs for a full year or half year in ZZU before their major studies.

III. Master Programs:

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, be in good health. Those who apply for Science and /or Engineering studies and have passed the level-5 HSK or above, and who apply for Liberal Arts studies and have passed the level-7 HSK or above can directly start their study in the relevant schools. Those who have failed to pass the HSK can first apply for study in the Chinese Language Programs for a full year or half year in ZZU before their major studies.

Applicants should have a Master’s Degree, be in good health. V. Programs instructed in English (Medicine Majors):

Possess relative academic foundation, be good in condition, come from the English-speaking countries, or IELTS score reaches 6.0 or TOEFL score reaches 530.
