2.High school diploma
3.Applicant whose age is under 18 needs to submit notarial deed of guardianship
1.Photocopy of valid passport
With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
4.Academic transcript of high school
5.Two recommendation letters(optional) From professor,associate professor or equivalents.
Concerning about your entering/exiting any other countries. If students have never been to any other country, please give us the copy version of passport from the 1st page to the 7th page which demonstrated that have never been to any other country. |
