Introduction

This bachelor program is to cultivate innovative and senior specialists in e-commerce who are skilled with the basic theory and fundamental knowledge of computer information technology, marketing, international trade, management, law and modern logistics. 

Teaching Objectives

This program enables students to make use of the Internet to carry out business activities and to master computer information technology and modern logistics methods to improve, support and promote enterprise management.

On the basis of understanding Chinese culture, international students will master the theories and skills required to engage in business activities within the computer and network technology environment, integrate information technology with business and management, and make creative use of the Internet to carry out business activities. 

Through a four-year study program, students are expected to: 

■ Master basic theory and methods of economic management, business management systems, gaining basic knowledge and skills of E- commerce;
■ Become knowledgeable of the rules and practices surrounding international business while understanding trade policies and major developments of different countries and regions;
■ Acquire strong cross-cultural communication skills, and be familiar with computer, network communications and information processing technology knowledge;
■ Acquire strong skills of comprehensive analysis in English expression and interpersonal communications;

■ Acquire the basic methods of literature search and data query, and the ability of tracking the latest trends of e-commerce and the collection of information.
