Program Objectives
This master program is
designed for international students who are interested in food science and
technology. Through a systematic study, students will have a better
understanding of the status and future of global food quality and safety. The
program aims to enable students to lay a solid foundation in knowledge and
skills and to develop their practical abilities.
Main Courses
Theory and Technology of
Fast Inspection in Food Quality and Safety, Advanced Food Chemistry, Food
Sensory Science. General Survey of
Duration: 2.5 to 4 years, normally 2.5 years
Credits and Certification
Thirty-six credits are
required, including 6 credits for dissertation. Qualified students will be granted
certificates of graduation and Master Degree of Engineering in Food Science and
Technology in the field of Food Quality and Safety.
Instruction Language
■ All the courses are delivered in English except some of Chinese language courses.
■ Dissertation is required to be written in English
1. Applicants must be aged from 18 to 40 years old and in good physical condition;
2. Applicants should have undergraduate degree diploma;
3. TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.0 for non-native English speakers;
4. Applicants should have good knowledge of English and Mathematics.

With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included. 2. Passport-sized photo A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant. 3. Bachelor's degree diploma Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized. 4. Transcript of undergraduate school 5. Health certificate(optional) Photocopy of physical examination record. 6. Two recommendation letters From professor,associate professor or equivalents. 7. Certificate of English proficiency test IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker. |
