Program Description

Program Objectives
The program aims to equip international students with:
■ Systematic knowledge of advanced financial theory and practice,
■ Advanced auditing theory and practice,
■ Multinational financial management,
■ Advanced managerial accounting theory and practice
■ Advanced financial statement analysis.

Through the study of two years and an half, students are expected to acquire a comprehensive understanding of China's financial policies corporate governance, and economic issues, which provides them with the qualifications necessary to work in the fields of international accounting, auditing and financial management in China or multinational enterprises in their home countries

Courses
Degree Courses: Chinese Language, Foundation of Modern Economics, Advanced Financial Accounting, Theory and Practice , Multinational Financial Management, Advanced Auditing Theory and Practice
Compulsory Courses: Advanced Managerial Accounting Theory and Practice, International Laws, Advanced Financial Reporting Analysis
Elective Courses: Survey of China , Chinese Finance Policy, Chinese Corporate Governance, Economy of Contemporary China, Corporate Strategy Management

Duration
2.5 to 4 years, normally 2.5 years

Credits and Certification
Thirty-six credits are required, including 6 credits for dissertation. Certificates of graduation and Master Degree of Management of Accounting in the field of International Accounting and Corporate Finance will be granted by Zhejiang Gongshang University to any student who is qualified in dissertation oral defense and pass through verification by the University.

Instruction Language

■ All the courses are delivered in English
■ Dissertation is required to be written in English

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be aged from 18 to 40 years old and in good physical condition;
Applicants should have undergraduate degree diploma;
TOEFL 80 or IELTS 6.0 for non-native English speakers;
Applicants should have good knowledge of English and Mathematics.

With photo, passport number &expiration date and name included.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Bachelor's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4.  Transcript of undergraduate school

5.  Health certificate(optional)
Photocopy of physical examination record.

6.  Two recommendation letters
From professor,associate professor or equivalents.

7.  Certificate of English proficiency test
IELTS or TOEFl will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker.

8. Financial support statement
Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature

9. Resume
Written in Chinese or in English
