Program Description

Program Overview
This program is aiming to cultivate international talents with a comprehensive knowledge of computer technology, creativity, and the ability to conduct academic research. Specialized courses, such as ‘MultiMedia Technology’ and ‘Artificial Intelligence’ will be arranged during the program. Graduates are capable of working in industrial organizations, research departments, computer hardware/software development organizations, governmental departments, and contributing to the areas of computing research, engineering development, etc.

Major Courses
Chinese, Introduction to Chinese Culture, Data Structure, Program Design of High-level Language, Operating System, Principles of Compiling, Computer Network, Database, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence.

Entry Requirements

High school graduation or equivalent to a Chinese high school graduate;
Applicants are expected to have good command of mathematics;
Efficient English language skills (TOEFL 550 or IELTS 5.5);
With age under 35.

Application Materials

1. Photocopy of valid passport
With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included
2. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
3. High school academic transcript
4. High school graduate certificate
Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization.
5. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.
6. A notarization of guarantor in China
Only for applicants under 18 years old.
7. Financial support statement
Photocopy of the financial support statement with signature
