Application
Procedure: |
1. First, complete an application to the program of your choice at HNU through our online application system
2. SICAS will assess applicants on the basis of their previous academic performance and choose the best students to receive the scholarship. 3. Students will be notified after they have been successfully admitted by the university whether or not they have qualified for the scholarship. 4. Students who win the scholarship will not have to pay the school application fee. |
| Terms and Conditions: |
1. Applicants must be foreign citizens, of good health, and be between the ages of 18 - 40 years old.
2. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and abide by all national and school regulations. 3. Applicants must have applied to a course at HNU through SICAS. 4. Students cannot win more than one scholarship at a time. |
