1. Applicants must be foreign citizens, of good health, and be between the age of 18 - 40 years old.
2. Applicants must intend to study Chinese and be prepared to enter as a new, non-degree program, international student. 3. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, and are not permitted to receive other scholarships at the same time. |

1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of Ludong University.

1. Photocopy of valid passport 2. Photocopy of passport photo 3. Photocopy of Chinese visa (Required if applicant has previous study experience in China.) 4. Personal Application Statement, content should include academic and job experience with corresponding certifications, as well as plans for future development. Must be written in Chinese or English. 5. Photocopy of graduation certificate for highest level of education with grade transcript. |
