2. Applicants must intend to study Chinese and be prepared to enter as a new, non-degree program, international student. 3. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, and are not permitted to receive other scholarships at the same time. |

1. The scholarship quotas are distributed by the relevant department of Ludong University.

Personal Application Statement, content should include academic and job experience with corresponding certifications, as well as plans for future development. Must be written in Chinese or English. 5. Photocopy of graduation certificate for highest level of education with grade transcript. |
