Whether or not you're able to achieve the scholarship will be determined by the relevant department of SICAS and Shandong University of science & Technology on the basis of your academic merits as well as your recommendation letters. 4. You are not eligible for the application of any other scholarships (except for SICAS Financial Aid Scholarship) in case you've already been a recipient of a particular scholarship. 5. SICAS reserves the final right of enforcing and explaining the detailed rules of implementation. |
