How much do I have to pay to get my Scholarship?
For the service fee, SICAS will only charge you 10% of the 4 or 3 years of total scholarship amount. However, in the beginning , only $300 need to be paid as a minimum service fee and $150 as application fee to the university at first. When SICAS help you successfully get the scholarship,then the price difference need to be paid.
For example: If you get the Undergraduate C Level of Shandong Jiaotong University, The total cost will be: RMB 9000x 4years x 10% =RMB 3600 = USD 600. and since you have paid USD 400, then the price difference: USD 600 - USD 400 = USD 200 need to be paid.

Cultivate Objective
Graduate Programs in Software welcomes students from all cultures and professional backgrounds. The program emphasizes the best software engineering practices, current methodologies, emerging technologies, and their applications. It also emphasizes the development of communication and presentation skills in a team-based software development environment. The program has been designed such that a participant can graduate with the diploma at the end of two years. Course work will be finished within 1 year and software engineering practice time will be 1 year. The international students can either join the ordinary classes taught in Chinese with Chinese students, or join separate classes taught in English.
Our alumni have pursued careers with their education in information technology in a number of different fields. The following are just a few examples.
Teaching Team
1. Dr.Ren Shengbing, associate professor of school of software, Central South University, the dean of Embedded System Department, was once a visiting scholar in the Concordia University in Canada from 2002 to 2003. His research interests include software engineering, embedded systems, graphic information processing. He has participated in 4 national government sponsored research projects and published more than 40 papers in various academic journals and conferences. He has been the chief editor of textbooks entitled and . He has won the prize of "Outstanding Achievements in Education" of Hunan province. He has been the main lecturer of the courses including modern software engineering, software metrics and testing.

3. Provide recommendation letters by two professionals with the title of professors or associate professors.

Dr.Liao Zhifang, associate professor of school of software, Central South University, the dean of Software Engineering Department, was once a visiting scholar in The British University in England from Jan,2002 to Jun,2003. Her research interests include data mining, computer networks and virtual reality. She has participated in several national research projects and published more than 20 papers in various academic journals and conferences. She has been the main lecturer of the courses including computer networks, Internet and data mining. She has won Excellent teaching quality award and 2nd Prize of Bilingual teaching competition of Central South University.
3. Dr.Zhao Ming, associate professor of school of software, Central South University, vice dean of school of software , has been a visiting scholar in America Missouri State University from Nov,2013 to Oct.,2014. His research interests include optimization of Wireless networks. He has participated in 14 research projects, and won the second prize of progress of science and technology award from China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association. He has published more than 20 papers in various academic journals and conferences. He has been the main lecturer of the courses including Large scale database and Mobile Computing.
4. Dr. Chen Jianer, professor of Central South University, distinguished professors of “thousand talents plan” and “Yangtze river scholars”. In1990, he became a professor in the college of computer science at Texas A&M University in America and awarded the prize of “outstanding achievements” in 1998. His research interests include computer theory and application technology. He has published more than 70 papers in world-class scientific journals and academic annual conferences, and won the first prize of progress of science and technology award from educational ministry. He has been the main lecturer of the courses including Advanced Computer Algorithms, Computer Optimization and Applications, and Computational Geometry.
